Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years HR experience with specialist focus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Knowledge of labor laws, safety regs and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and analytical abilities.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and government contributions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Prepare and process employment offers and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (manpower, time-to-fill, costs).
• Administer compensation and employee benefits.
• Process monthly statutory contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Process payroll inputs, allowances, deductions, overtime, leaves.
• Coordinate competency assessments every six months.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Handle HR inquiries and confidential issues professionally.
