Job summary

Integrated Packaging Corporation is seeking a dedicated HR professional for an on-site role in Bulacan. You will manage the full cycle of HR processes, from recruitment to payroll administration, and support compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee performance appraisal process and prepare reports for salary increases and promotions.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to interviewing and job fairs.
• Facilitate onboarding, including contracts, payroll enrollment, biometrics, and records maintenance.
• Support offboarding processes, including resignation handling and payroll updates.
• Develop, revise, and implement HR policies, procedures, and memoranda.
• Monitor leave records and attendance-related reports.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR masterlists.
• Prepare HR reports, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in audits by preparing HR documents and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide daily HR support and collaborate with departments on HR initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
