The role focuses on maintaining positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and handling disciplinary and exit processes with accuracy and fairness. The successful candidate will assist in employee engagement initiatives, manage attendance and records, and coordinate regularization, promotions, and offboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• 2-3 years HR experience in employee relations, performance management, or benefits administration.
• Training in HR policies, employee engagement strategies, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Assist execution of employee relations policies and guidelines.
• Support disciplinary and exit management processes to minimize risk.
• Manage attendance-related issues and documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate regularization, promotion, transfers, and offboarding with accurate records.
• Provide timely HR support to employees and management and administer recognition/promotions.
