Job summary

Comrise is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional for an employee relations and HR generalist role in Taguig. You will support workforce coordination, timesheet accuracy, and cross-functional client engagement with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in staffing/BPO environments, and strong communication, organization, and local labor law knowledge. On-site presence in Taguig at least three days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in employee relations, HR generalist work, client account management, or resource/workforce management, preferably in staffing, BPO, or professional services.
• Experience in managing client relationships and coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with timesheets, attendance tracking, and workforce reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with frontline contract workers and client management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities across a distributed workforce.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS or timesheet systems is a plus.
• Willing to onsite at Taguig location at least three times per week.

• Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functionally with external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience managing timesheets, attendance tracking, and workforce/resource reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both frontline contract workers and client management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with sound judgment in conflict resolution and difficult conversations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a distributed workforce.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS or timesheet systems is a plus.
• Willing and able to be onsite at the client's Taguig location at least three (3) times per week.
