Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR professional with a primary focus on Employee Relations to resolve concerns, manage disciplinary processes, and maintain thorough HR documentation. This role requires coordinating with managers and the HR team to ensure compliant handling of cases.

A secondary focus on Talent Acquisition includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. A 1–2 year background in HR or Employee Relations plus strong communication skills are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR-related roles.
• Strong background in handling employee relations, investigations, and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in resolving concerns and coordinate with departments as needed.
• Conduct initial fact-finding and gather information on complaints.
• Assist in disciplinary cases and document incidents and actions.
• Prepare employee communications and notices in coordination with HR.
• Prepare incident reports, notices to explain, and other disciplinary docs.
• Maintain confidential IR records and case files.
• Guide employees on company policies and labor regulations.
• Escalate complex concerns to HR Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors on addressing employee-related matters.
