Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, focusing on employee relations, case management, and HR support across the organization.

You will handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, performance issues, policy guidance, documentation, and ensure fair, compliant application of labor laws and company policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably with employee relations or case management experience.
• Experience handling employee complaints, disciplinary cases, investigations, or workplace conflicts.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
• Experience with HRIS or HR software is a plus.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee complaints, grievances, and HR-related concerns from initial review through resolution.
• Manage disciplinary cases, attendance and behavior issues, performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy violations.
• Conduct employee relations investigations, gather information, and ensure proper documentation of cases and outcomes.
• Partner with managers and leadership in addressing employee issues and determining appropriate next steps.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, case documentation, and other HR-related documents.
• Monitor employee timesheets and coordinate with relevant teams to address discrepancies or concerns.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
• Handle contract-related matters, including contract expirations, extensions, and project-end notifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor laws.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
