The ideal candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team, with knowledge of Philippine labor practices and due process preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of employee relations or HR generalist experience preferred.
• Employee relations or HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor practices and due process.
• Strong interviewing, documentation, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to remain objective in sensitive cases.
