Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an HR Supervisor – Employee Relations & Discipline to maintain a fair and compliant work environment in the Philippines. You will oversee investigations, grievance handling, and ensure due process in disciplinary cases, while aligning with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include employee relations management, policy implementation, documentation, reporting, and advisory training for managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–10 years HR experience with strong exposure to employee relations and disciplinary handling.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and due process requirements.
• Experience in conducting administrative hearings and investigations.
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Promote positive employee experience and engage in conflict resolution.
• Conduct regular employee check-ins, pulse surveys, and feedback sessions.
• Partner with department heads to address morale, engagement, and retention issues.
• Handle end-to-end disciplinary processes with due process and documentation.
• Investigate incidents involving misconduct and policy violations.
• Enforce Code of Conduct and compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare incident reports.
• Train supervisors and managers on employee relations, discipline, and due process.
