Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an HR professional to join our Employee Relations team in Quezon City. You will handle disciplinary case management and support ER processes, from information gathering to hearings and case filing.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR/ER, a 4-year degree preferred in HR/psych/business, and knowledge of Philippine labor laws. Onsite work and strong communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Graduated in any 4-year course, preferably HR, psychology, business administration or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of HR, Employee Relations, or HRBP support experience.
• Experience handling disciplinary or employee relations cases is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end disciplinary case management.
• Assist in Employee Relations (ER) cases by gathering information, scheduling hearings, and maintaining case files.
• Prepare HR documents such as Notices to Explain (NTEs) and meeting minutes.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding company policies and basic labor standards.
• Support HRBP activities, including onboarding, engagement programs, and HR reporting.
• Maintain and update ER trackers to ensure accurate documentation and timely case closure.
