Job summary

WNS is seeking a HR/Employee Relations support professional in the Philippines to manage disciplinary cases end-to-end, gather information for ER cases, and prepare essential HR documents. The role requires a 4-year degree and 1–3 years of HR/ER experience, with knowledge of Philippine labor laws and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR, Employee Relations, or HRBP support experience.
  • Experience handling disciplinary or employee relations cases.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end disciplinary case management.
  • Assist in Employee Relations cases by gathering information, scheduling hearings, and maintaining case files.
  • Prepare HR documents such as Notices to Explain and meeting minutes.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding company policies and basic labor standards.
  • Support HRBP activities, including onboarding, engagement programs, and HR reporting.
  • Maintain and update ER trackers to ensure accurate documentation and timely case closure.
