Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an HR Associate - Employee Relations & Engagement to plan and implement engagement initiatives, support employee-relations matters, and administer tardiness-related disciplinary notices. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations and Engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations and Engagement.
• Experience handling employee documentation and case administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and consolidate feedback to identify recurring themes and opportunities to improve employee experience.
• Ensure discipline cases are administered fairly and in accordance with company policies and due process standards.
