Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an HR Associate - Employee Relations & Engagement to plan and implement engagement initiatives, support employee-relations matters, and administer tardiness-related disciplinary notices. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations and Engagement.

• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations and Engagement.
• Experience handling employee documentation and case administration is an advantage.

• Conduct exit interviews and consolidate feedback to identify recurring themes and opportunities to improve employee experience.

As an HR Associate - Employee Relations & Engagement, you are responsible for planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, supporting employee-relations matter, and administering tardiness-related disciplinary notices to contribute to a fair, respectful, and engaging workplace.

Other requirements include the following:

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, including organizational, departmental, team-based, and employee initiated activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and consolidate employee feedback to identify recurring themes, potential risks, and opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
• Ensure employee discipline cases are administered fairly, consistently, and in accordance with company policies, labor requirements, and due process standards.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and Employee Engagement.
• Experience in handling employee documentation, case administration, employee activities, or HR coordination is an advantage.
