Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) with manufacturing operations in Calumpit, Bulacan, seeks a Plant HR & Administration Manager to lead HR and site administration across our manufacturing sites. You will partner with manufacturing leaders and FELCO’s POC team to translate company-wide people strategies into practical plant programs.

You will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and governance of facilities, safety, and external service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with broad HR and administration experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.
• Proven ability to translate company policies into practical plant solutions.

Responsibilities

• HR business partnering and workforce planning with manufacturing leaders.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding to meet staffing needs.
• Implement performance management and development programs.
• Manage employee relations and labor compliance matters.
• Oversee site administration, facilities, safety, and service providers.
• Lead agency and service provider management to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop the HR and Administration team and improve processes.
