Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.

• Experience coordinating employee events, orientations, or engagement programs.
• Experience using HRIS and Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for all new hires.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, onboarding schedules, and documentation.
• Conduct or facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
• Ensure onboarding tasks, system access, and HRIS enrollment are completed.
• Monitor onboarding compliance and handbook acknowledgments.
