Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding programs.
• Ability to design engaging employee experiences.
• Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for all new hires.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, onboarding schedules, and documentation.
• Conduct or facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
• Ensure timely onboarding tasks, system access, equipment coordination, and HRIS enrollment.
• Monitor completion of onboarding courses, handbook acknowledgment, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for new hires during onboarding.
• Continuously improve onboarding experience based on feedback.
