Wing Assistant is seeking a Placement Specialist to manage the end-to-end client engagement process. You will convert qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery and compelling value presentations, owning the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness.

This high-ownership sales role blends consultative selling with close collaboration across sales, talent, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles (staffing, BPO, or managed services preferred).
• Ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales conversations.
• Comfortable facilitating live candidate introductions and managing real-time client interactions.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
• Highly organized and self-directed, owning processes from preparation through close.
• Experience using CRM systems and collaboration tools (HubSpot a plus).
• Able to work onsite in Makati, collaborating with sales, talent acquisition, HR, and operations.
• Fast learner who adapts to different client situations.

This role focuses on converting qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery, and value presentations, while owning the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness.

This is a high-ownership sales role that combines consultative selling with close collaboration across sales, talent, and operations teams. Success is measured by conversion rates, placement speed, and the quality of the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client requirements and identify suitable candidates from the internal talent pool ahead of client meetings


• Conduct discovery calls and present Wing Assistant’s value proposition via Google Meet


• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Operations for next steps in closing deal

Required Qualifications
