A fast-growing BPO company in the Philippines is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding processes, conduct orientations, and ensure that new team members are well-oriented to the company's culture and processes. Candidates should have at least 3 years of HR onboarding experience and strong communication skills. This position offers a salary of ₱30,000 - ₱40,000 per month and supports remote or hybrid work setups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple onboarding cycles.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Conduct new hire orientations covering company culture and policies.
• Ensure timely setup of system access before start date.
