Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; at least 1 year in HR preferred (engagement, culture, events).
• Experience with employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, or feedback programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and programs, virtual and onsite.
• Develop materials for posters, presentations, digital content, event collateral, and campaigns for internal communications and social media.
• Manage the social media calendar and content across platforms, tracking milestones and ensuring up-to-date posts.
• Create and publish employer branding content aligned with company values, code of conduct, and branding strategy.
• Research sourcing trends and best practices; provide recommendations to strengthen talent attraction and employer branding campaigns.
• Facilitate employee check-ins, How RU sessions, and Kamustahan to promote well-being and open communication.
• Assist in onboarding, recognition, wellness, and team-building activities; coordinate logistics before/during/after events.
• Monitor participation and gather feedback to evaluate engagement programs and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support culture-building initiatives and employee experience projects.
• Stay updated on engagement trends to continuously enhance programs and documentation.
