Job summary

Valor Global, Inc. is seeking an on-site Employee Engagement Specialist to drive large-scale activities and recognition programs.

You will partner with HR and operations to identify attrition risks and implement targeted engagement interventions. You will manage the internal communications calendar, oversee newsletters and cultural highlights, and analyze survey feedback to provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in HR, employee engagement, or recruitment marketing in a high-volume setting.
• Experience supervising a small team or cross‑functional events committee.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to leaders and frontline staff.
• Strong ability to organize multiple event timelines from concept to delivery.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including night/graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale employee activities and engagement events.
• Partner with operations and HR to identify attrition risk factors and interventions.
• Oversee internal communications content calendar for newsletters and culture highlights.
• Administer employee surveys, FGDs, and analyze feedback for insights.
• Manage site engagement budget to deliver high-impact activities cost-effectively.
