The role coordinates engagement activities, events, surveys, and internal communications, analyzes feedback, and helps build a sense of belonging across multiple business units while ensuring timely execution of initiatives on-site in Metro Manila.

Implements employee engagement programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals, values, and employee needs.
Assists in developing engagement activities based on employee feedback, survey results, and organizational priorities.
Coordinates with different departments and business units to ensure effective implementation of engagement initiatives.
Plans, coordinates, and facilitates employee activities, company events, team-building activities, recognition programs, and other engagement initiatives.
Manages event schedules, logistics, materials, venues, and other requirements.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external service providers.
Ensures activities are properly communicated and executed according to approved plans and timelines.
Helps create engaging and inclusive activities that encourage employee participation.
Assists in conducting employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, focus group discussions, and other feedback activities.
Consolidates survey results, employee feedback, participation data, and other relevant information.
Generates initial insights and identifies recurring employee concerns, trends, and opportunities.
Recommends appropriate engagement initiatives based on employee feedback and findings.
Implements employee recognition and appreciation programs that promote employee motivation and engagement.
Supports initiatives that strengthen employee connection, collaboration, and sense of belonging.
Coordinates employee milestones, appreciation activities, and other employee experience initiatives.
Gathers employee feedback to identify opportunities for improving the overall employee experience.
Develops and disseminates announcements, invitations, campaigns, and other communications related to employee engagement activities.
Creates engaging communication materials using appropriate platforms and tools.
Ensures engagement-related information is communicated accurately and on time.
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency of internal communications.
Monitors employee participation, engagement activities, and program implementation.
Conducts post-activity evaluations and gathers feedback from participants.
Consolidates engagement data and prepares reports for the Employee Engagement Lead and management.
Identifies areas for improvement and recommends enhancements to future engagement programs.
Builds positive working relationships with employees, HR teams, managers, and business unit representatives.
Coordinates multiple engagement activities and projects while ensuring timely completion.
Provides support to the Employee Engagement Lead in implementing engagement strategies and initiatives.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related course.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Human Resources, Events Management, Internal Communications, Learning and Development, or related functions.
Experience in organizing and implementing employee activities, company events, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, or internal campaigns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and coordination skills.
Creative, proactive, and highly organized with a strong interest in employee experience and workplace culture.
Ability to analyze employee feedback, survey results, and engagement data.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and other communication or event-planning tools.
Ability to work effectively with employees at different levels and coordinate with various departments and business units.
Willing to handle multiple projects and work on-site or attend company activities and events when required.
