Job summary

Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. is seeking an HR Engagement Specialist to drive employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs. You will partner with HR to enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle in a Makati-based role.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HRM or Psychology, 3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Onboarding and organizational development exposure is a plus as you contribute to strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in HRM, Psychology or equivalent.
• 3 years work experience in the same capacity.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Experience in Onboarding and OD is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City and can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engagement, employee satisfaction activities, feedback programs and projects.
• Establish and drive employee feedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthen employee experience.
• Keep up to date with trends and developments around employee engagement and bring fresh ideas.
• Collaborate with HR sections to ensure positive experience in each stage of the employee life cycle.
• Assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of organizational development initiatives, projects and programs.
