Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an HR professional to lead employee engagement and culture initiatives, drive internal communications, and oversee welfare activities. The role Coordinates with the Regional team and external partners to deliver events and programs that enhance employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in HR or related fields, strong project management and writing skills, and can manage budgets for welfare activities while keeping cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong written communication for announcements and internal materials.
• Experience planning and executing employee activities or events.
• Budget management and cost awareness in welfare programs.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners.

Job Description:

• Drive internal communications and culture initiatives, including announcements, newsletters, town halls, and employee recognition programs.


• Serve as the primary PIC for the Welfare Committee, managing employee benefits, festive activities, and annual welfare programs.


• Manage employee activity and Welfare Committee budgets, balancing cost effectiveness with the needs of different employee groups.


• Liaise with the Regional team to coordinate resources and requirements and drive cross-functional initiatives.


• Work with external vendors and partners to coordinate event, catering, and other employee-related services and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.


• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively.


• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners.


• Experience in planning and executing employee activities or events, with the ability to independently drive projects from planning to execution.


• Strong writing and content organization skills, with the ability to prepare announcements, emails, presentations, and internal communication materials.


• Strong budget management and cost awareness, with the ability to effectively plan and utilize resources for employee activities and welfare programs.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and resolve issues effectively.


• Experience in employee engagement, corporate culture, employee experience, or Welfare Committee operations is a plus.
