Job summary

P&A Grant Thornton in Makati, Philippines seeks an Employee Engagement Specialist to plan, implement and maintain engagement initiatives. • Coordinates with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Purchasing / Admin. Team for potential company promotional items for Employee Engagement projects within a given budget.
• Gathers feedback obtained through post event surveys and analyze / provide a plus-delta debrief of the project.
• Ensures employee engagement program effectiveness.
• Ensures Corporate Social Responsibility programs are deployed.
• Communicates the Perks Partnership Program of the Firm.
• Assists in allocating the Employee Engagement budget across the activities and events to be implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or other related fields.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Detailed-oriented and meticulous.
