Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Senior Renewals Manager to lead a virtual team responsible for renewals across commercial, mid-market and enterprise portfolios. You will forecast, strategize, and collaborate with Sales Directors and partners to maximize renewal rates and ACV in the Middle East region.

You will mentor renewals representatives, drive retention and expansion opportunities, and partner with distributors to ensure effective execution and scalable processes in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading virtual renewals or inside sales teams.
• Experience with recurring revenue models and ARR growth.
• Proven track record achieving renewal targets in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a virtual renewals team to meet renewal and ACV targets.
• Develop succession and workforce plans for continuity and growth.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align renewal motions.
• Drive retention and expansion by mitigating renewal risk and seizing upsell opportunities.
• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
