Job summary

Sleek is hiring in the Philippines for a Senior Renewals / Customer Success role focused on sustaining and expanding a growing client base. The role requires at least 4–5 years in customer success or sales, with demonstrated upsell success and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, engaging with Hong Kong clients and cross-functional teams to secure renewals and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in Customer Success or Sales with a strong commercial track record.
• Proven ability to generate upsell or revenue saves with carried commission.
• Daily use of AI to optimize own work.
• Managing a data-driven customer pipeline with CRM hygiene, reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent written and spoken English for Hong Kong-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain renewal targets and drive upgrades with Hong Kong clients.
• Handle at-risk accounts with complex saves and escalations.
• Lead investigations and coordinate with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams to secure renewals.
• Keep a data-driven book of business and manage the pipeline with CRM tools.
• Collaborate across accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
