Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, People Partnering, EMEA (Corporate Functions) to advise leaders across EMEA while based in the Philippines. The role aligns with EMEA business hours to ensure strong partnership and accessibility to the supported functions.

You will partner across talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational change, working with HR colleagues globally to enable business performance and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR or People Partnering experience in a global, corporate, or highly matrixed organization.
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders and coaching managers on people and organizational matters.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or international employee populations; EMEA experience preferred.
• Strong experience across talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and employee engagement.
• Understanding of supporting employees across multiple jurisdictions with local country requirements.
• Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and analytical capability to translate data into recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across countries, cultures and functions.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted People advisor to leaders across EMEA Corporate Functions.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and organizational challenges.
• Partner on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Leverage people analytics to identify trends and recommendations.
• Assist with organizational changes, operating model shifts, and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Total Rewards on compensation reviews and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, legal, and local HR teams on country-specific issues.
• Support global HR initiatives across EMEA with regional and global teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve manager self-service.
