Job summary

You will lead the People strategy, align global priorities with local needs, and advise senior leaders on workforce design, capability building, and governance in a highly matrixed environment.

You will develop a high-performing team, drive talent retention, and shape the future operating model for LSEG’s GCC network in the Philippines, contributing to sustainable growth and strong

• Guide GCC transformation with people implications of design choices.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in LSEG values.
• Ensure governance, risk management and local workforce expertise are maintained.
