Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines seeks a Manager, People Partnering, EMEA (Corporate Functions). Based in the Philippines, you will partner with EMEA leaders to drive people strategies, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and build leadership capability.

You will coach leaders on performance, engagement, and development, and collaborate on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and change programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR or People Partnering experience, preferably global or matrixed.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and coaching managers on people matters.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or international employee populations; EMEA experience preferred.
• Strong experience across talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and engagement.
• Ability to operate within a global HR operating model and collaborate with Centers of Excellence and shared-service teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders across EMEA Corporate Functions as a trusted People partner with practical guidance.
• Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, engagement, and people decisions.
• Partner on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development needs.
• Support performance management, goal setting, development plans, and differentiation.
• Use people analytics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support regional and global HR initiatives with strong execution and alignment.
