Job summary

Insight Manila is seeking a Buyer to support software/hardware procurement across a defined geography, ensuring right products, quantities, and best prices. You’ll help manage inventory, ensure supply continuity, and support with audits and supplier relationships.

The role requires at least 6 months in purchasing or related ops, strong organizational skills, and clear communication to coordinate with internal teams and distributors.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in purchasing, procurement, or order management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with SLA focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented mindset with accuracy in dates, revenue recognition, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Place and fulfil purchase orders to distributors, confirm tracking, and document per audit rules.
• Backlog management: place POs the day they are received and chase ETAs with distributors.
• Liaise with Sales and support teams on availability, delivery dates, and post-supply issues.
• Manage incoming workflow requests and tickets, ensuring timely SLAs.
• Maintain supplier relationships, discuss pricing, and assist with supplier onboarding.
• Track and update aged inventory and manage sales rebates and fill-rate targets.
• Ensure adherence to policies, including revenue recognition and daily reporting.
• Deliver license keys to clients for software buyers and provide day-to-day support.
