Responsibilities

• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) based on PO tally and other purchasing requirements
• Provide timely updates to requisitioners regarding stock status
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, systems and procedures
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings
• Assist Warehouse Assistant in encoding receiving reports, stock slips, and related documents
