Job summary

Gruppo EMS Inc. is seeking a procurement-focused professional in the Philippines (Laguna) to coordinate quotations, monitor PR/POs, and safeguard essential documents. You will manage spare parts inventory and monitor R&M supplies to keep costs in line with operations.

The role emphasizes data monitoring, timely task completion, and SAP data entry for purchasing and inventory transactions, supporting DS and FT activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, quotation coordination, PR/PO monitoring, and supplier follow-up.
• Experience in spare parts inventory management and stock control.
• Strong skills in document control, record keeping, and data monitoring.
• Ability to monitor multiple requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of SAP data entry and documentation for purchasing and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotation activities, including supplier communication and follow-up.
• Manage and monitor ePR from submission through completion.
• Monitor outstanding Purchase Orders and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Maintain, organize, and safeguard SPM-related documents and records.
• Manage and control spare parts inventory to ensure availability and proper stock levels.
• Monitor and control R&M supplies, tooling, and related costs for DS and FT operations.
• Assist in the withdrawal, issuance, and monitoring of SPI spare parts to ensure proper inventory control and availability.
