Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their HR Governance team. The role focuses on improving HR controls, managing audits, and regulatory engagement. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with data analytic tools. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Certifications like CPA and CIA are beneficial but not required.
• Flexible to work EMEA hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete testing program to assess internal controls.
• Assist in developing controls standards and requirements within HR.
• Expand and validate Process, Risk and Control inventory.
• Coordinate audit and regulatory inquiries.
• Support timely submission of incidents.
• Coordinate review of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and periodic reporting.
