Job summary

Dennemeyer Group in Manila seeks a Customer Care Representative to provide phone, email and chat support for EMEA customers during CET hours and assist with Customer Success activities, renewal and health monitoring.

You will build relationships, coordinate with Sales and Operations, maintain records, and escalate issues when needed while working in a hybrid setup with a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with EMEA customers is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers in EMEA.
• Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, or chat.
• Support renewal and upsell activities and monitor account health.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations for a consistent experience.
• Update customer records and follow-up actions in systems.
• Escalate issues through established paths for technical topics.
• Assist with overdue balances with Accounts Receivable.
• Provide training on Dennemeyer Web Portals.
