Job summary

SuperStaff in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate to handle email and chat communications, place orders, and address inquiries from customers. You will identify needs, research issues, and offer solutions while actively upselling when appropriate.

This onsite role requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts, with a base of 20,000 PHP plus allowances, and benefits including HMO, life insurance, and PTO credits. High school diploma accepted.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in email support role is an advantage.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer in a timely and accurate way via email or chat, placing orders, inquiring about an order, product information, and general order assistance


• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives


• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise


• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile


• Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best in class service


• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Education and Experience:

• At Least 2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required


• Experience in email support role is an advantage
