Job summary

OAMPI Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative - Non Voice to support customers by email from our Makati office. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues and ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of email-based customer service experience, with strong written English and communication skills. Familiarity with Freshdesk or Zendesk is a plus; salary up to PHP 23,000 per month.

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in email-based customer service or customer support.
Strong written English skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a high-volume email support environment.
Experience in e-commerce, retail or direct-to-consumer customer service is an advantage.
Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk is preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets.
Assist customers with: Orders, Shipping and tracking, Returns and refunds, Warranty claims, Product inquiries, General customer concerns.
Investigate customer issues using internal systems and available order information.
Provide clear, professional, accurate and personalized email responses.
Take ownership of customer concerns and work toward timely resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation and categorization of customer interactions within the ticketing system.
Consistently achieve quality, customer satisfaction, productivity and resolution targets.
