Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing systems within established timeframes
• Provide accurate, comprehensive, and courteous support to customers across multiple platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the company's ticketing system
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised teams when necessary
• Identify and communicate recurring customer issues or suggestions for service improvement
• Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards consistently
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall team objectives
