TASK AGENCIES INC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. This full-time role focuses on delivering support via email and chat, with minimal inbound calls, acting as the voice of our brand and ensuring courteous, accurate assistance to customers.

You'll document interactions in our CRM, adhere to SLAs, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
Experience in customer service or call centre with email and chat support.
Excellent written and verbal communication; professional tone.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat within SLAs.
Provide accurate, helpful assistance to resolve issues on first contact where possible.
Document all interactions in the CRM system.
Handle minimal inbound calls for product inquiries or account information.
Maintain a professional, empathetic tone and escalate when needed.
Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and other departments.
Seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
