TASK AGENCIES INC is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. This full-time position will be the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, handling inquiries and providing information to ensure excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will handle calls related to construction contracts, project timelines, and service offerings, maintaining data accuracy and following procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn about construction contracts and industry practices.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls from clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer inquiries related to construction contracts, project timelines, and service offerings.
• Provide accurate information about contracts management processes and procedures.
• Log and document all calls and inquiries using company systems and databases.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel when necessary.
• Respond to voicemails and follow up with callers in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details.
• Support administrative tasks related to client communication and documentation.
• Contribute to achieving team targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
