You will handle inquiries, provide accurate product information, process requests, document interactions, and work toward performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
• Excellent English communication with clear pronunciation.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy with basic software.
• Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to learn new skills and systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels with professionalism.
