Job summary

ASPIRE LIFESTYLES (PHILS.), INC. is seeking a Travel Advisor, TH to fulfill high-profile client requests via phone, email, or chat. You will arrange air, hotel, car and activities, and craft complex itineraries using Sabre and other travel tools.

The role requires outstanding customer service, precise communication, and timely follow-ups. You will collaborate with partners and uphold Aspire Lifestyles policies while aiming to exceed program metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service or hospitality in airlines, travel agencies, hotels or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience with a GDS, especially Sabre.
• Diploma/degree in travel/tourism or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong time-management and sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Internet navigation and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills high-profile client requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Researches and fulfills APAC and international travel requests (air, hotel, car, activities).
• Handles complex bookings using GDS Sabre and other tools.
• Provides accurate and timely information and follows up on changes.
• Escalates issues and communicates clearly with clients and vendors.
• Meets program metrics and adheres to Aspire Lifestyles policies.
