Join Casto Travel Philippines, Inc. as a Senior VIP Travel Consultant to support business travelers with complex itineraries and air ticketing needs.

You will handle international bookings, schedule changes, refunds, and provide fast, accurate service across phone, email, and chat channels. The role requires strong customer service, air ticketing knowledge, and experience with Sabre GDS; proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Corporate Travel or Travel Account experience (TMC or BPO).
• Sabre GDS experience preferred; Galileo/Amadeus or other GDS experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of air ticketing, fares, exchanges, refunds, and reissues.
• Experience booking international and complex itineraries.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Flexible to work on a shifting schedule.

Aufgaben

• Book, issue, exchange, reissue, and refund domestic and international air tickets.
• Manage complex itineraries, including multi-city and international travel.
• Handle flight schedule changes, cancellations, and last-minute travel requests.
• Research and recommend the best flight routes, fares, and ticketing options.
• Manage seat assignments and other flight-related requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate updates to the travel team.
• Monitor active bookings and proactively resolve booking-related issues.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality service in a fast-paced travel environment.
• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
