Meralco PowerGen (MGEN) seeks a Strategic Account Manager to sustain strong relations with existing clients while pursuing new opportunities to expand revenue for RES. The role targets profitable sales growth, customer retention, and alignment with MGEN RES objectives.

The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, conduct energy advisory presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of customer switching requirements, leveraging industry insights to drive strategic decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or business-related field is required.
• Experience in account management or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of the power industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities are required.
• Excellent presentation & networking capabilities are important.
• Highly self-motivated with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
