Capital1 Solar Energy Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with key contestable customers and drive end-to-end retail electricity contracts.

You will engage owners and energy decision-makers to understand needs and deliver tailored proposals aligned with usage profiles and sustainability goals. In this role you will shape pricing, terms, and commercial strategy, coordinate with ERC/WESM policy teams, and collaborate with Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of energy sales, B2B key account management, or utility services.
• Solid understanding of the power industry and ERC/WESM policies.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager for key contestable customers, building long-term relationships with owners and energy decision-makers.
• Lead the end-to-end retail electricity contracting cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, onboarding, renewal, or termination.
• Deliver tailored commercial proposals aligned with customer usage profiles, risk appetite, and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Operations, Billing, and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth contract implementation, switching, and issue resolution.
• Coach junior account officers or specialists, providing guidance on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and customer engagement.
