Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform repair, installation, and preventive maintenance for building systems. You will oversee yard and building repairs and coordinate with service providers to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in maintenance, engineering or technical background, and a commitment to safety policies and client standards. This position is on-site and part of a broader facilities team in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree required; TESDA NC2 is a plus.
• 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance fields.

Responsibilities

• Carry out project and building facilities maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
• Oversee building/yard repair and maintenance.
• Oversee building utilities and support equipment.
• Process Job Orders related to maintenance projects.
• Maintain building facilities equipment including lighting, phones, restrooms, water systems, etc.
• Perform preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Other related duties as assigned by superiors.
• Assist with general office administration when required.
• Submit administrative duties on time with the field team.
• Adhere to CBRE Safety, Health and Environmental policies and client OIMS framework.
• Ensure safety standards are observed by service providers and report to the Account Manager.
• Promote safe work practices and report safety activities as directed.

Key Responsibilities

• To effectively carry out project and building facilities related activities such as repair, installation and maintenance
• Oversees building / yard repair and maintenance
• Oversees building utilities and support equipment
• Expedites and serves Job Orders related to project and building maintenance works or as may be assigned
• Maintenance all building facilities equipment which includes lightings, telephones, comport room, water, etc.
• Perform and implements building preventive maintenance schedules
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by superiors

Others Responsibilities:

• Assists with general office administration duties when required.
• Submits administrative duties on a timely basis as indicated by the office field team.
• Works in compliance with the CBRE’ Safety, Health and Environmental Policy with defined safety, health and environmental standards and ensures all operations are aligned to the framework of the client’s Operations Integrity Management System(OIMS)
• Carries out observance of safety standards by service providers’ workers and advises the Account Manager
• Advises, promotes and monitors the safe carrying out of work in the workplace and puts up reports on safety activities as directed by the Account Manager

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Technical knowledge: the ability to demonstrate sound technical knowledge related to Mechanical, Electrical, AC/Chiller, and General maintenance and Project planning.

• Collaboration: displays the ability to work in a team. Shares information and is prepared to assist colleagues when necessary in order to deliver a task or project

Qualifications and Education:

• Graduate of Engineering or Technical Degree – TESDA NC2 certified (is a plus)
• 1-2 years’ Experience in field of maintenance
