Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance/facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance, and upkeep of Head Office, stores, branches, and facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, and other issues.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and disruptions.
• Prepare maintenance reports, cost estimates, and monitoring records.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Lead who will oversee the repair, maintenance, and overall condition of our Head Office and stores. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, all‑around technical professional with strong knowledge of electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, air‑conditioning, equipment repair, and general facilities maintenance, with the ability to lead and manage a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of the company’s Head Office, stores, branches, and facilities.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air‑conditioning, and other facility‑related issues.

• Handle and supervise repair and maintenance works, ensuring issues are resolved properly and on time.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, equipment, and store/branch locations.

• Coordinate and supervise technicians, maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers.

• Respond to urgent repair and maintenance concerns across different locations.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and facility disruptions.

• Monitor maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure proper accountability and usage.

• Evaluate repair requirements and recommend appropriate solutions, materials, and service providers.

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major repairs, installations, and maintenance projects.

• Ensure that all repair and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.

• Prepare maintenance reports, repair records, cost estimates, and monitoring reports.

• Manage maintenance‑related budgets and control repair and operational costs.

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper work completion.

• Conduct field visits and site inspections at different stores and branches as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar role.

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, air‑conditioning, painting, masonry, and general repairs.

• Must be all‑around and technically skilled, with the ability to troubleshoot and assess various facility and equipment concerns.

• Experience handling maintenance and repairs for Head Offices, stores, branches, commercial establishments, or multiple locations is highly preferred.

• With experience supervising and managing technicians, maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.

• Can prioritize and respond effectively to urgent repair and maintenance concerns.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and facilities procedures.

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

• Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented.

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to different branches/stores when needed.

• Willing to work fully onsite in South Caloocan.
