Job summary

High Pointe Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to report to the Building Administrator and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building equipment.

You will install, service, and inspect electrical, mechanical, FDAS, plumbing, and related systems, while maintaining accurate meter readings for tenants and assisting in space turnover. • At least 2 years of experience
• With commendable work ethic and behavior.
• Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, 6 days per week, shifting schedule
• Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Operates, installs, and services common building equipment.
• Undertakes regular preventive maintenance and repairs of all building-related items.
• Records all utility meter readings for the building and tenants.
• Assists the Building Administrator and Technical Group in all technical matters.
• Implements necessary routine maintenance works in accordance with the 52- week Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Assists in tenant space audit and turnover.
• Monitors, reports, and rectifies equipment and/or machine troubles.
• Assists and monitors contractor PM service work.
• Do various building corrective maintenance works, including electrical, mechanical, FDAS & Fire Protection System, plumbing, carpentry, masonry.
• Respond to tenant concerns as assigned by the Property Management Officer.
• Ensure proper upkeep of projects and equipment areas.
• Escalate safety issues and equipment breakdowns to the Property Management Officer.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Building Administrator.
