Job summary

FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC. is seeking a qualified Plant Electro-Mechanic in Metro Manila to perform preventive maintenance, install and troubleshoot pumps, valves, meters, and related equipment.

The role requires at least five years of hands-on experience, certification in the electromechanical field, physical fitness, and willingness to work overtime and travel within the Philippines. You will follow safety procedures, maintain clean workplaces, and support depot maintenance with

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Plant Electro-Mechanic.
• Must be certified in the relevant electromechanical field.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining pumps, valves, compressors, meters, loading arms, and related equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on maintenance, housekeeping, and general labor activities.
• Willing to perform housekeeping, material handling, and other assigned labor duties.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities as instructed by the Engineering Supervisor (ES) and Manila Terminal Maintenance Engineer (MTME).
• Install, inspect, repair, operate, and maintain product pumps, pneumatic valves, pneumatic controls, gate valves, compressors, product meters, loading arms, and other assigned electromechanical equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of electromechanical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Assist in general maintenance activities, including labor, housekeeping, material handling, and scheduled depot maintenance when electromechanical work is not required.
• Track, check out, safeguard, and properly return specialized depot tools and equipment.
• Identify unsafe conditions, stop unsafe work when necessary, and take appropriate action to prevent workplace incidents during equipment and facility maintenance.
• Ensure the depot premises and workplace are maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
• Follow all company and terminal rules, safety procedures, HSES requirements, and applicable work protocols.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
