Job summary

Gan Advanced Osseointegration Center in Manila seeks a Multi–Skilled Maintenance Specialist to plan and execute tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems for dental facilities. The role involves hands-on, onsite work to keep equipment and spaces functioning smoothly.

You will collaborate with the team leader, perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and travel within Rosario, Pasig City as needed.

Qualifications

• With previous experience in any of the following: Electrical, Plumbing, AC Tech, Painting, Carpentry
• Willing to work on-site, 6 days/week
• Willing to rotate and reporting in Rosario, Pasig City
• Willing to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Coordinating maintenance tasks with the team leader and onsite staff
• Receiving and monitoring the given task
• Inspecting and resolving site concerns
• Troubleshooting, executing and reporting each task
• Maintaining and supporting equipment to ensure proper operation
• Ordering and procuring materials for repairs and maintenance especially for emergencies
• Performing maintenance duties as required and assigned
• Conducting preventive maintenance and ensuring a safe environment

Multi – Skilled Maintenance Specialist

Responsible for planning and execution base on the specialty and task given by the Team Leader for GAOC Group of Companies

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• CoMulti – Skilled Maintenance Specialist consultation with the team leader and staff onsite concerns.
• Receiving and monitoring of the given task
• Inspection, identifies and resolve the concern of each site
• Troubleshoot, execution and reporting each and every given task
• Perform maintaining and support in every equipment keeping sure that its working properly
• Orders and procure materials needed for repairs and maintenance especially with the emergency situations
• Performs all around maintenance duties as company needed in every requirement and given tasks
• Conducting preventive maintenance and safety environment

Job Conditions:

• This role involves long hours of standing and roving around the assigned location / branch
• This role involves might be required an extended working hours
• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Experience/Others:

• Knowledgeable in skilled construction and development related such as but not limited to
• Installation, troubleshooting and repair works
