Job summary
CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Makati is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain and repair building systems including electrical, plumbing and HVAC to ensure safety and reliability.
You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, review work orders, manage energy use and support a team with shared expertise. A licensed Electrical Engineer with 0–2 years FM experience and a 6-day work week with rotating shifts is required.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
- 0-2 years of experience in Facilities/Building Management.
- Able to work 6 days with shifting AM/MID/PM.
- Needs a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and repair building systems (plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC).
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, structural, and control systems.
- Review work orders and estimate materials/time; order supplies as needed.
- Maintain energy management to keep operating costs down.
- Coach team members and share knowledge across disciplines.
