Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Building Engineer to maintain and repair complex building systems in a commercial property in Makati. You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor operations, and manage energy usage to keep operating costs down.

The position requires a registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with 1–2 years of building engineering experience. Willingness to be assigned in Makati City and experience with contractors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Building Engineer is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City; experience in commercial properties is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complies with codes, regulations, safety directives related to building operations.
• Inspects and monitors building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Oversees work by outside contractors for landscaping, remodeling, HVAC, cleaning.
